AFTER A HARD DAYS WORK AT THE OFFICE, I WAS FINALLY ON MY WAY HOME. To reach home means commuting via the metro subways. Hey, it’s my lucky day.There are a lot of empty seats in the train when I got in. I seated myself and my mind started to wander while the train started it’s journey. Coming at the next train stop, a lady got in and seats beside me. She promptly started to read some free baby magazines. I easily recognized the free baby magazines since I’ve been seeing plenty of it near the eatery where I usually eat. My wife is pregnant with our third child and I really want to pick up one of the magazines when I passes by. However, I said to myself, what could possibly be written in there that my wife doesn’t know already. That’s why I always hesitate to get one.

The woman is engrossed with reading a column written by a well-known pediatrician. The doctor was discussing the importance of vaccine shots for babies. “Hey, I didn’t know about this”, I said to myself as I read the column. I bet my wife doesn’t know about this either cause she have not mentioned this to me before. After a while, the lady turned the page of the **free baby magazines** to a “Tips and Advice” section. This time, the column is written by another pediatrician. The doctor is encouraging healthy food habits for our babies. “Great stuffs, very, very good”, I said to myself as I continued my reading. I didn’t know a lot of what is written there. And I thought that being a father of three already, I know much a lot on baby care. There is a lot more about baby care that we do not know, as much as I hate to admit. This free baby magazines is telling us all that plus more. The lady started to turn the page to different sections. A lot of free baby items and giveaways are listed in the free baby magazines. “And I bought one exactly like this”, I procastinated as I came upon the free item listing.
The woman seems to arrive at her stop and prepared to leave. The woman looked at me and handed me the free baby magazines while smiling in the process. “I believe you like this”, she said with a smile, “Don’t worry, I have extras. “Thank you very much!” I called after her.
